Nadine "The Great" Donovan, Author and Illustrator

Nadine Donovan, Author and Illustrator

Nadine Donovan spends her time in a perpetual state of shock now that she is paid for the very same margin doodles she scrawled in junior high. These doodles are playful teaching tools in the language programs she creates with her techno-wizard brother and illustrations in her animated, picture book apps. Most Fridays at the Santa Fe Writers Group she works on her first love, middle grade, where she taps into the innocent wisdom of the ten year old brain.

Jillian Brasch, Author of "The Last Gifts"

As long as Jillian can remember, she wanted to be a writer. However, she became an occupational therapist instead, and her days were filled with passion, creativity, love, and intimacy as she was led to work with people who were dying. In her award-winning book, The Last Gifts: Creative Ways to Be with the Dying, Jillian shows others how to be comfortable spending time with the dying, using activities as a catalyst to a deeper conversation.
